While I'm on the subject of cute kids, thought I would share one more picture. These are my niece and nephews at our baby shower last month in Phoenix. As everything was wrapping up, I looked over and saw them patiently sitting on these chairs waiting to leave. It was so perfect.

This is Hope. She is the newest cutie on the block. Our friends, Amy and Stu, were kind enough to bring her into the world and share her with us. For that I thank them - she is going to be my teacher for the next few months. I need all the practice I can get before Baby Joy gets here.

My oh my! I just looked at the date of my last post. My head is hanging in embarrassment. It has been sooooooooooooooo long. No excuses. I have been negligent. As a peace offering I have some photos of the super cute Joey. He is Kathy's little bambino. He's very squirmy and makes the cutest noises. Oh, and he smells good too.
I am feeling really good lately. More energy, less nausea. I felt the baby move for the first time on Saturday. That was so amazing. I am in complete awe that I have this little person growing in me. And I don't even have to think about it. It's just happening. We have a Dr.'s appointment on Wednesday during which we'll have another ultrasound. Stay tuned for a picture of dancing Baby Joy.
We are finally settling into our new house. I mailed out our first mortgage payment last week. It was pretty cool to know that money was going to our future - not some landlords wallet. I'm still trying to find room for the stuff we have accumulated. Slowly but surely. Our baby furniture came in last week. I can't wait to get it put together. I am really excited about our baby room theme. Imagine the "Under the Sea" scene from The Little Mermaid. Minus the mermaids. At least I hope that's how it's going to turn out. Cross your fingers.
